draft 3: re-invigorated

i managed to get a little more than halfway through the asterisks yesterday, which was good.

half of that work was fairly small stuff, like pulling double-checking references in NGD, making sure some names were correct, and adjusting some phrasing. my heart really wasn’t in it though, until i started seeing some of the more prominent items. there are a handful of places that i didn’t fully flesh out in the first draft for various reasons*, but seeing them now, i can’t wait to get to them!

* the most common being: 1) not having enough detail in the outline, leading to 2) fear of getting bogged down in details and getting off track of the larger story.
