Not as slow as I thought

By which I mean the story itself, not the process of typing it in. I remember feeling very concerned that the first part of the book moved way too slow, but it seems that was just a by-product of the incremental nature of the early writing process. In hindsight, at half of a page a day, often less, it’s not surprising that it felt too slow.

So that’s the good news. The bad news is that it really is going to take significantly longer type it in than it would reading it in with Dragon (well, on a machine that works, anyway).

Ah, well.
